Spanish and Portuguese Cheese!
Say ‘Spanish cheese’ and everyone (including us!) says Manchego! And as for Portuguese cheese??
But, there is a whole world of cheese to explore in this region! Blues, goats, sheeps, hard, soft, artisan and more mainstream. Culturally and geographically diverse, Spain and Portugal produce some tasty cheese.
And we will be serving some classic accompaniments – quince jelly, olives, and cured meats – alongside all the usual bread, fruit and crackers!
